i have purchase VOX-102V tablet trough naaptol.com on 25/03/2013 via order no. 6198195. At that time they mentioned that this tablet is support 3G via external dongle on their specification, this is the reason i purchase it. But it does not suport any dongle. I have given complain about this many many time from April 2013 to sept 2013 and every time they miss guided me and tell you purchase the dongle model no. E135 of Hauwai comapay and try it will work. But this E135 Hauwai dongle also not suported by this tablet. Now they suddenly tell me after 15th Sept 2013, this tablet is not support any 3G dongle and clearly specify in naaptol.com specification. I have tell them that the specification of VOX 102V tablet on March 2013 in naaptol.com is clearly mention that tablet support 3G dongle but after my complain this specification is deleted from June 2013 from your site. Now they are neither returning my money back nor solving my 3G support problem in my tablet. One more thing they tell me to return your product back and another same brand product with 3G support tablet will be given to you but the product they send is same and not sported 3G. Again they told same as above to return back the product now they send the product which same as not sported 3G and also broken sim slot cover and old one too. Now they are telling your product warranty 6 month is completed and we can not do anything.

i want they solve 3G problem to my VOX 102V tablet otherwise return my money back.
