I had purchaseda product from naaptol.com of rs 2298. due to its poor quality i returned it. then instead of cash they had offered a coupon by which i had shopped a watch but after 15 days it was not delivered and they said it is out of stock. then after i had purchaasedanother watch with new coupon but in that transaction they had credited me full amount so i cancelled that order. but now naaptol.com is not providing me new coupon code. i am daily registering complaint but they sending me same code which is not working. its now more than 2 months i am taking followup. but of no use

i want my money back with penalty on them
