Naaptol – transactions got failed amount not credited

Hi Team, I’ve made online purchase of saree. After payment made by net banking mode the transactions got failed. And later the orders got cancelled That transactions were made on 1st of april (Order number: 8772791),and on 31st march (order number : 8767185). Out of those two orders order 8767185 has been placed by paying some amount 198/- and redeeming some payback points. The payback points got reversed in my account and till now the amount of both the orders are not credited. When I call the customer care executives they are always saying the amount will credited in 3 to 4 working days. Till now I did not get amount for both the orders. I sent order details and bank statement to the concern team also. There is no single communication mail from the concern team to me.

For this I spent more than Rs.100/- for calling the customer care executives. I want refund of the amount which I paid to naaptol and the telephone cost which I spent on this. Here I’m attaching the order details along with bank statement. Requesting you to please do the needful on this issue.
