This is in regard of my order number 7998431 i.e a videocon microwave which i purchased online on 4 th jan 2014 through my credit card which is still not delivered to my address. I called naaptol many a times but they said u will get the product soon but now on 14 jan 2014 an executive called up and said that this product is out of stock and they will return my money. This kind of mismanagement is not acceptable and i am not a fool that i waited for the product for 10 days and now they are not delivering it. Kindly look into the matter and deliver my demanded product in a couple of days as when i ordered that product it was not out of stock .

I want that they should deliver my product as soon as possible.
