National Furniture Works has come to Utsav shopping festival in Pune. I visited their stall on 16th May and placed order number 0123 for a Steel Cupboard. After that I transferred 2000 Rs to their account via NEFT. It been over a month and they have still not delivered the cupboard.

They are not providing any updates and have not given the cupboard either. They have my 2000 Rs with them as well.

I want my cupboard to be delivered soon and in good condition.
