I am holding Naturals Membership. I got my smoothening done on 10 the Jan. They spoiled my hair completely. The chemical and inappropriate use of heat burnt my hair. They are feeling like plastic hair. They asked me to wait for 3 days. I waited. After 3 days, they told franchise holder is not there they can’t help. They asked me to come on 18th, today at 10 am. I called and they said she is still can’t come today. First of all they are not giving solution to my problem… Secondly they are rude and not even listening to me. I spent 7000 rupees.
