It is regarding order no NBC19079407937.Which was palced on 19 Jul 13.In this order i placed the order of 04 books costing 763 Rs.which i paid via debit cardvide TaxnID: 201307190682883.But still I am waiting for delivery.The Blue dart courier no(438334649916) they are showing in there invoice is not being tracked.It is looking fake.Please do needful. I have already complained about this matter to the costumer service email ID- cs@nbcindia.com.But no satisfactory action I received.Please take necessary and fast action,

The books I have purchased was for me and my friend,we both are preparing for civil services.Due to delay and uncertainty of order We both are suffering and worried about the delivery of books and our money that is 763 Rs.so I want that first of all my order to be dispatched at very fast or my money to be refunded on spot.secondly I want that a minimum penalty/compensation of 5000 Rs to be collected from the shopping site as they are not solving / entertaining the costumer on phone as well as on the emails.This is very painful for a costumer.
