I have purchased a Sony mobile model Z3 on 19/11/2014. On dated 19/01/2015 my mobile fall down from my hand and its screen got damaged. on 19/01/2015 i went to Sony authorised service center named Aroma Instant Services address SCO 39G, LGF BRS NAGAR MARKET, OPP POLICE STATION , LUDHIANA. They prepared my hand written job card and handover the job card to me. I asked the lady official Named Sukhvir Kaur about the data stored in my phone. She told me don’t to worry about the data, she also not told me that all phone data gone to crashed at the time of repair because they update the phone with latest version. She did not tell me any policy about the data. She did not give me the computer generated receipt on 19/01/2015 in which the term and conditions are written about the data. I hand over my phone to them and pay Rs. 112 on 19/01/2015. She told me that they will inform me about the charges on phone.

On Dated 22/01/2015 i received phone call from the service center and they inform me about the charges that is around 11, 500 rs. On dated 23/01/2015 i managed the money and went to the service center. I handed over the hand written job card to them. she take the money and then she given me the computer generated receipt. when i read the contnents of the receipt i was shocked when i read the notes ” tha all user data will be crashed, and company shall not be responsible for the data loss”. Then i make protest on that point, Then i asked for the hand written job card which they give me on 19/01/2015. They tear it and throw it into the dustbin. i asked for dustbin and pick the parts of that job card and join it, this job card is still preserved by me for evidence. their is nothing mention on it about the data policy. she did not give me the computer receipt on 19/01/2015 and she did not tell me about the data policy of the company. All my phone Data, my contacts are lost due to their negligence behavior. I am working in the finance sector, now all my contacts are lost and my work is very much effected by that. It will produce money loss and mentally harassment for me. I have evidence of hand written job card of dated 19/01/2015 and the computer generated receipt of dated 23/01/2015. I want all my data back as quickly as possible and register a case according to the law.
