Customer CRNID : 000785978 for net4.in i registered online not specific with any branch as a reseller of net4.in ,first time i paid 5000 irs and bought one domain. then i need to host few websites so i paid again 5000 and bought power split 10GB package but with this package i was not able to host single website ,i had lot of problems , only i spent more than a week with customer support but then also i was not able to host single website. so i contact accounts manager to cancel my power split package and refund credit to my account. but nothing happened until now. please help to resolve

they have to refund what i have paid for 10gb powersplit package
