I bought a new airtel prepaid SIM from a shop in gurgaon on 27th feb’14. They told it will be activated by evening atmost. Now it has been past 4 days but it’s not activated yet. I had called them a lot of times,they are telling ,the person whose contact number i have given in the form has not picked the call and in the system it’s showing verification pending. And i talked to the respective person whose number i gave and he told that he picked the call but as he picked it got disconnected.,and there is no call back that we can do. So they said that today they are going to call again for verification at around 10.00am but no call has came. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution asap. I need the number urgently. Airtel Pre-paid Recharge Unsuccessful
Complaint 1.when i recharged airtel money using sbi debit card it is unsuccessful every time. Complaint 2. Today i recharged for talktime rs 50 and rs 30, amount not credited in talkt ime but deducted from bank account.
