New Dell laptop not starting

hello sir
i ordered for a dell studio via dd on 27th of november .
i received the order on 30th november.but the laptop is not startin since that day even after my regular call to the customer care-

tax invoice no 00358560
now they have started ignoring me i dont want this computer anymore from dell after this embarrassment i want a refund.even the salesperson MR.MAHENDRA RAMSHETTY has started to play pass the ball game.. i am really frustrated..pls take some actions..in the mean time the cost of that laptop has fallen by 4000 rupees. PLEASE HELP.
