New Karbon mobile problem – Customer Service

I bought a Karbon S-5 Titanium mobile on 04.09.2013 bearing IMEI No. 911309351777894. From the day one it was giving me problem. I approached the shop ( Cell P{oint, Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam) from where I bought the mobile. They refused to take any responsibility about it. On their direction I approached the authorised service center ( Sri Sainadh Enterprises, Akkayyapalem, Vizag) on 18.10.2013 who promptly collected my mobile and asked me to come after one week.
