we purchase Airtel prepaid new sim since 1 month above and also ERC recharge bearing my sim No:9652486797 at W.G.Dt in Tanuku Town. In this connection we connect number of times the Zonal Manager at Vijayawad bearing No : 9849011401 and Rajahmundry No: 9866461786 , there is no frut full results from the above two numbers till to day. Recently we visit at your vijayawad Airtel show rom, near M&M, on 04-10-2010 at the same time the Zonal Manager not attend the calls and no message received from ZM. It is not correct way.I am a post paid cell one customer renatal of Rs.1000/- pm since 5 years.I humbly requested to kindly restore the above mobile No at any early date .
