I had purchased Samsung Split AC 1.5 Ton on March 29 2014. But from the day of the purchase AC is not at all working properly. More over service provided by the Samsung is too BAD. Samsung Customer care is not even concerned about the service. I am facing a lot of problems due to this.

Please help me as the Samsung Service Center guys are not co-operating in this regard.

my comp no is 8460250653 bought a fridge on 26 jan 2013 worked for 6 mts and one day gave big sound and not geting cool so gave complain and after 10 days turn up and told that your fridge is good model and said compressor is 2 be replaced and after 1 week got rectified and with in 1 week same sound and same problem wanted a replacement of new fridge must u have all ready done bypass and again i wanted new fridge please help me in getting new fridge my cell no 09951999519 /09248003797
