A Nissan Micra Car was bought from Hind Nissan, chandigarh dealership of Nissan Motor India in the month of February. At that time a corporate discount of INR 6000 was offered to me on the basis of me being a PSU employee. But i was asked to pay that amount upfront at the time of payment assuring that i will get a refund cheque in 2-3 days. But since than I have been contacting dealership and after six months passed i am still awaiting for the refund. Please help as dealership giving lame excuses and a lot of time not even responding to my calls.

I want my refund cheque of amount INR6000 and other overheads for the harassment caused to me.
