I had gone to Nissan Sterling Service Center at Gurgaon for my Terranno Patrol Car service dated on 26 May 2015. The way this service center works and deliver my vehicle was really horrible where they couldn’t meet their commitment to deliver my vehicle on time and the serviced car which I got from them was bad condition, i.e., dust kept lying as it is in all wheel mud-guards and other parts of car. I took some snaps also such mess done by this service center. It’s really lost my complete faith over Nissan which is known for quality delivery and luxurious brand across global. Then how can I distinguish Nissan with other car vendors (Nissan is also in the same boat to make money where no staff in this service center to meet Nissan global standards Criteria). Casual attitude, no customer eccentricity, not listening instruction carefully despite raised my issues with them and rectify them effectively and these are key specialty of Nissan Sterling Service Center. Also, I’m not fully convinced the bill they’ve given to me and the labor charges are also very high and some items they didn’t tell in advance.
I want to sue on Nissan / Sterling Vehicle Sales for 20000 rupees damage & 2820 rupees (bill I had paid to Sterling Vehicle) to get back money from them at earliest.
