I have lodged one complaint with airtel customer care on 29/05/2009 with reference no #0592547045 regarding text msg service on my no. 9915877185. Till date no action has been taken in this context despite endless call by my side. And today even the outgoing facality has been lifted from my no. without any prior information. i talked to one Nodal Officer Mr. Lalit but he has shown complete helplessness in resolving this. After that I visited Airtel Relationship Centre with name Turning Point in Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana. There I contacted one executive Ms. Raman and Showroom Manager Mr. Shashikant, but it was all in vain. Kindly advice me how to have justice against this harassment.
