Hi M/s OneAssist, this is very sad to say that it is not the way an insurance organisation works. Please either provide my repaired/replaced iPhone or total purchase amount so I can buy new one for which we insure our asset. My money is hard earned money and I will never settle with 80% or any% less than exact purchase amount.
No response/resolution to this email within 24hrs then I will put the same into consumer court because I have done it earlier too and also start spreading my this worse feedback over Internet blogs and threads, phone sites and sites where M/S OneAssist is selling its’ insurance (like Paytm) so you can start noticing how many costumers have been cheated by you. I shall visit service centres and let people personally know how this company is cheating on consumers as I have seen many consumers reporting the same over Internet which I know your organisation is aware of.
