No intimation for end period of validity

Hi sir,
I have been a Airtel prepaid customer for past few years. The service has become too bad for past few months. Am not receiving any intimation messages regarding my booster validity period and there is no toll free number to check the validity also. Then how will i know whether my booster got over or not. without knowing this, I had been losing some amount of money consistently for past few months. If I ask for refund for that amount also they wont provide anything. I sick of calling the customer care and complaining about it every month. Please solve my problem ASAP.
