No need of certificate of liquid block

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice we have bought a mobile of Samsung brand in Univercell (old Washermanpet branch). suddenly while mobile is in charge it got off. when we try to on the mobile it is not working. while we approach the service centre they told that there was a Liquid Block. (due to Sweat)

See the mobile is purchased before 4 months. when a mobile is under warranty U people is not even bothered to answer the query customer. Is this is way to response to the customer.

And i have a doubt , as per the service centre representative told that, due to sweat it might get a liquid block. So it shows the quality of your (Samsung mobiles) product ?
If any proper action is not taken we have to go legally. Expecting your reply.

Regards,
Anne
