Brand new le max 2 phone stopped working in 2 weeks after it underwent automatic update. Till now there is no response from their customer service. No reply to emails and on calling customer care they just say repair in progress. Escalating the problem also isn’t possible as they haven’t provided any other nos or mail id. Hence a phone worth 24000 is useless. Moreover delivery happened in a single day but there isn’t anybody available to resolve the issue. Definitely not recommending to anybody for any le Eco products. Hopeless service
