Hi to all at Airtel,
I am sure many people have registered a complaint for the poor network availability/ absolute absence of network for Airtel from 27 to 29 Dec 11.
I would also at this time like to point out the glaring deficiencies in the Airtel customer service networks as well. I think the best Quality assurance will be achieved if Airtel guys themselves call up their customer care helplines and see what professionally immature people they have hired on a large scale.
I have been a Airtel customer for the past 4+ years. Have never experienced such deficiencies over the past and i think it is something that has seriously gone wrong recently..
Please provide us better customer care or soon Airtel won’t have any customers to provide any.
