I had purchased a whirlpool washing machine model: 800H, from e-zone, alwarpet, Chennai on 28/11/2009
Ref: 94801401(11585094801401)
Last week 2, 3 times the washing machine at the time of spinning during regular wash(prog-1) was showing”de” and beeping and had stopped.
So i booked a complaint with your Chennai service centre on Monday,4th jan 2010. The complaint number is=6374
Again on Friday,8th jan 2010 i booked a complaint;complaint no:20625
Till date, no body has turned up despite my reminder to your service centre people every day.
When i ask them to be connected to the manager they are avoiding.
I am not using or able to use the washing machine for the last one week.
Despite the machine having a warranty of 2 years theres is no service from the company.
The company is wantonly not sending ant service engineer and also not connecting me to any higher officials
Also the company has not provided any address of its service centre or manager to enable people like us to complain

I am appalled at the indifference shown by your service centre and refusing to answer me properly
I request you to come to my aid and arrange to get me refund of my money or send a new machine.
