I have booked ticket using the above website. I got a confirmation number of booking ticket but PNR number is not there. Money is also deducted from my account for the flight tickets. But I don’t know the status of my tickets. Upon calling customer care there are not saying anything about ticket that I booked. Due to this i have take lots of pain and had to book another ticket. This caused me loss of money and loss of precious time.

I want a sorry mail from the Company representative. And triple the amount that went wasted into tickets that I booked.
