I have purchased a Nokia Battery for Rs.300/- from Radha Swami 1, Novelty Market 2, Opp. Novelty Market, Jail Road, Indore on 30/07/2013 at 8.00 PM. I have Cash Memo for the same. I asked the shop owner to give me Nokia Original Battery & he told that this Battery is original. But the Battery is not in working condition on 12/08/2013. On the same day I went to Nokia Care Center at Yashwant Plaza to check the originality of the Battery. The representative at Nokia Care Center told me that this battery is duplicate and suggest me to lodge a legal complaint against the shop keeper if he is not ready to refund the money. Then on the same day i went to the shop keeper but he refuses to refund and just change that battery with another duplicate battery, but that battery also not is work on the next day i.e. on 13/08/2013. Now i humbly request you to take a legal action against the shop keeper and the same may be inform to me, so that i can able to take back my money with penalty and oblige me. Thanking You.
