Nokia India – problem in earphone jack Delay in Repair

Sir, I submitted my phone Nokia Lumia 720, IMEI no.- 357297054970778 at Vision Way communication Jalandhar for repair of problem in earphone jack. I was told that they are unable to fix the problem, so the mobile will be send to Nokia India’s Head-office. I agreed and they give me Job Sheet of my product no.: 916433527/140109/14 and told me that it would take 7 to 10 days. I called many times for checking the status of my phone to the Nokia care centre, Jalandhar. They told me every time: Sir, wait for 2 to 3 days more. When I didn’t get my mobile till January 22, then I called Nokia’s Costumer care helpline, They told me sir it would take 3-4 days more. After that I called them after every 2nd day. Each time they told me to wait 4-5 days. On Jan 26 I even got an email specifying that my phone will be delivered in next 4-5 days. Sir, every time I called they told to wait for another 4-5 days. And today it is 22nd day gone and I didn’t get my phone. Today they told me to wait for 7 more days. I want to tell you that the persons dealing are not upto commitments.

I want you to contact company to give me new phone in replacement because I think they are unable to repair and not sending replacement as well. Or if it is repaired why they are taking more and more time. I want you to ensure that they deliver my phone or replacement (if possible) as soon as possible, As 3 weeks (21 days) are already gone.
