09-05-13- I had purchased my Lumia 720 from MOBILE STORE, malviya NagaR 11-05-13- My Lumia 720 (IEMI No- 355911053969449) was replaced by MOBILE STORE due to some vibration issue (in two days only). 26-05-13- Again a new problem started of hanging and automatically coming into the dead status while locking the screen. For the same, I visited ONE TOUCH COMMUNICATION (Nokia Care) at Patel Nagar (New Delhi) for the same. 06-06-13- I got my repaired mobile back after 10 working days. 20-07-13- The same problem started in my mobile. I went to the same NOKIA CARE for the same. Job Sheet no. for the same was 981. 27-07-13- I received my Mobile in same condition. 27-07-13- Again I submitted my mobile for the same reason and there was no positive response from Nokia Care. Job sheet no. for the same was 112433527/130727/50 Complaint no. for the same was 1-14443545142 14-08-13- I received my mobile and started using that. 17-08-13- Before I could understand that whether my mobile has been repaired correctly or not, the same problem of hanging started and I submitted my mobile to the same Nokia Care. Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue asap. Please give direction to Nokia to return my mobile in either well functional status or replace with a new set (As they have not been able to repair that perfectly in past 3 months) Also I need compensation from Nokia for my misery condition due to non-availability of my phone (Now a days we are very much dependent on our smartphone for all the important emails & calls.)
