My friend gifted me a Nokia X2-01 mobile in the Yr Mar’2011 after using it for few months i realised that there is some problem with the sound quality of the handset, I submitted it to the Nokia Care, Silchar. They changed the handset( Oct’11) as they could not rectified it.But after couple of months it started giving me network related problem, not so prominent initially but now now it is not in usable condition.Though i didn’t doubt about the handset, later on i realized there might be some problem with the handset and according i submitted the set to nokia care again.This time after checking they said that there is liquid damaged in the set and the repairing cost would be more than 80% of the handset cost & warranty period is over so they would not repair it.I felt like cheated by Nokia.They sold a defective product and took advantage as i could not identify the problem within warranty period.
Nokia Should repair the Hand set free of cost as it was defective at the time of purchase.
