There is no coordination between the head office and the sub offices. I have filed my claim 1 month back, but i have had tough time getting it. the office in thane lost my papers and did not forward it to main office in pune. after much struggle i some how got it settled, now they r not releasing it, saying that i have not submitted the ECS form, which has been already submitted them along with my papers. please look into the matter. thank u
