I ordered a mobile phone (virgin v buzz cdma) from themobilestore online. Despite the payment being sucessfully made, still I haven’t received my mobile.
I placed the order on 29th sept 2010 and was assured that the handset will reach in 3 days, but I am yet to receive the mobile.
I have been calling their helpline no. and even sent them a mail regarding the issue but all it seems is falling on deaf years.
please look in to the matter
