The product was purchased on Jan 27,2013 and it started giving problems from feb till April.For all the problems i need to call customer care and the managers to get it resolved.Assurance was given by manager in April that if the problem continues he will replace the product.Again from June 3 it is not working, complain no 25228 & 25563 was registered for the same issue.On july 9 a service person said that a motor is missing which might have been took by a last service person.No words from anyone till date and i had tried to reach all the managers.
Need the money of Rs11490 for the product purchased as i dont believe in the service of the so called ISO:9001-2008 certified company further and compensation of Rs10000 for the mental agony in calling the irresponsible company.
