This is to bring into your kind notice that I , Smt Pratima Saha residing at 63 Vivekananda Road , Kolkata 700006 had deposited Rs.45000/-(Rupees forty five thousand only) with Duncan Industries Ltd as a Fixed Deposit (monthly income scheme) to meet my day-to-day expenses on 8/7/2000 for a three year tenure . I received the interest for a couple of months and then Duncan Industries Ltd stopped paying the monthly interest. On 7/7/2003 the deposit completed its tenure and I had deposited the certificates with C B Management Services P Ltd (Registrar) on 8/7/03 to get back my money . But till today neither I have received the interest nor the principal amount .

Being a widow it has become very difficult for me to bear with the situation and I have no other alternative than to write to your good office for redressal of my grievance against such a malpractice of a renowned company (Duncan Industries Ltd).
