is to bring to notice that HDFC Bank Ltd is not paying the gratuity to its employee who have not completed their 5 years as per their Trust Rule Book. I want to know whether the judgement of Supreme Court should be considered or the HDFC Bank Ltd Trust Rule Book should considered for payment of Gratuity for employees who worked for more than 4 years 8 months. Please clarify.
