NON PAYMENT OF PREMATURED KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE

I Sunil Kumar Bhadra a customer of Kotak Life Insurance of Policy Number 00903497 and contact number +91-9434351781 Since 26/2/2008 have paid 6 installments(Half Yearly) of Rs 7500 each installment regularly for this policy and due to my financial problems I cannot continue it after 3 years. Then on 22/02/2013 i have posted a CONSENT FOR OPTION TO BE AVAILED DURING ACM/ANM MODE filled up form along with my xerox copy of pan card and blank canceled cheque of my Punjab National Bank Savings account to premature my policy. After that on 8th March 2013 I have Contacted KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE HELP LINE CENTRE having contact number(18002098800) regarding my payment and they informed me that the cheque was send to me to my home address(N-223/1,Atul Prasd Sarani,Santimore,Hakimpara,Siliguri,WestBengal. Dist:Darjeeling.P.O:-734001).On 11th March 2013 i again got an sms on my mobile that my policy revival period has been terminated . Then on after seeing that sms I contacted their Help Line Center and they informed me that my cheque has been send and i will get that within few days though i did not got that cheque till date(16th March 2013). Then today(16th March 2013) at 1.45 pm I contacted them again And they told me that the cheque is not ready yet and then they told me that they will send me the amount directly to my PNB savings bank account today(16th March 2013). And then after 9 pm on !6th March 2013 I inquired my bank account and I found that they did not send me the amount to my account. After that I gradually called them around 9.30 pm and they told me that the cheque did not got delivered to the given address and it was returned and they told me that they will send me the amount to my bank account directly but it will take 10 days to transfer that amount And the words of the which they talked with us was not truth full to me.

So after all these I lost any hope towards their words and so i contacted you to help me to get my amount as fast as possible as I am suffering from financial crisis .
