Inspite of repeated request from 2.7.2012 regarding the call details for the period 17.5.2012 to 16.6.2012 vide bill no. 788940168 dated 18.6.2012 for Rs.1782.37 still they are not provide. But today we have received another bill no. 813220405 for the period 17.6.2012 to 16.7.2012 dated 18.7.2012 for Rs.2693.95 including previous bill Rs. 1782.37.
Sir, we have a connection more than 3 years and regular basis made our usage bill payment within the due date. Also, now we are ready to clear our all dues against Telephone No. 033-40048715 pls. provide us call details for the above mentioned period and check your data base for our various complain lodged on your toll free No. 121.
