The lower court had passed the orders in my favour and I am the decree holder but no payment received from the company till date. Execution Petition was filed in Coimbatore and Orders were passed for recovery of the amount by the Hon’ble Distric Forum Coimbatore.
The Opposite Party has appealed vide FA No 393/2009 and CMP 402/2010 at Tamilnadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal. The Hon’ble State Commisstion had stayed the Order of Lower Court.
The status of this case is not listed in any of the Cause list and thus I am unable to know the present status. Request you to kindly intimate the progress of this case as I am a senior citizen lady with many medical problems and cannot travel anywhere. The delay is further helping the opposite party ie., Samsung Electronics Pvt Ltd.
