This Complaint has also been send through fax at their corporate office at Mumbai and Regional Officce at Bangalore. Further I had spoken with Mr.Praveen at mob no.9447888275 and with Ms.Priya and Mr.Srinivas the customer care executive of First Flight Courier Ltd at Trivandrum but no positive response received so far.

02. The consignment was received in a yellow cover on 03.10.2011 with the top of the cover intact. On checking, it has been found that the bottom side of the cover was opened with some sharp edged device like blade and then used transparent cello tape to hide it to get the cover intact look by someone. After opening the yellow cover, only one box of iPod was available with no bill or brochure of the item inside.
03. The matter may be looked into and the remaining one iPod be dispatched to me at the earliest and suitable action may be taken against the defaulter; otherwise I am compelled to lodge FIR and go for the legal action accordingly.
04. An early action in this regard is requested please.
