I had purchased BOI National Swastha Bima Policy No 253501/48/09/8500000508 dated 10.8.09 for the period 10.8.09 to 9.8.10. Even after 6 months I have not received the I-Card. When I enquired with Bank/Customer Care official I was told that it has been sent, but I have not got it till date. Despite personal visits at their branch problem could not be solved. Officials are simply not interested. I have also written letter to the following addresses on 22.12.09, but there is not reply:

Besides, I have enquired with Customer Care nos 022-28565080, 18002331166 and 18002334505. Issuing of I-card is a basic requirement after issue of Policy and it should reach the Policy Holder in reasonable time. If they are so negligent in issuing an I card, what can we expect in settlement of claim in case of energency? Kindly do the needful
