Dear Sir,

I have been taken one policy on February 2010, thro. LIC of India, Suraj Plaza – II, I Floor, Sayajiganj, Vadodara, PIN – 390005. I have got the premium receipt for the above. My policy no. is 873721819 / dated 08.02.2010. Policy Name Jeevan saral. And the amount is Rs. 24,020/- Till date I have not received my original policy document. So many times I have booked the complaint by letter,email and phone. But, till date they don’t respond it. I am totally upset. This is very very attroshius and very very poor service of LIC India, So, I’m not intrested to continue the relationship with LIC.So, I wish to get back the amount with intrest from lic which was deposited by me. Pls. do the needful action.
