i am compelled to come to you to lodge a complaint that i have not received my telephone bill of my telephone number 01412604667 from february 2010.I contaced my telephone exchange more than 100 times and received no response. i am here to get help from you.this phone belongs to my mother Mrs. Laxmi saxena.She is a government servant.we are ready to pay the bill but at least we should get the bill and amount due. please look into the matter and help me immediately.
