The Institute had offered admission to my son – Achal N Shah, for their 4 Years/ 8 Semesters – Bachelor of Design course at Ahmedabad, in the month of April’13 for their session beginning in July’13. We paid a sum of Rs 50,000/- to them wide Chq # 605902 drawn on ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad as admission fees. 2)We withdrew the admission by sending an Email to the Institute on Saturday – June 29, 2013 and requested them to return the fees. Our mail was acknowledged verbally by a return telecall from Ms Manasi. 3)We are following up with the Institute to return/ refund the fees but the Institute authorities are not responding.

I am at a loss of Rs 50,000/- in today’s high scenario of higher cost of living. I had borrowed the money from a friend and am paying Interest for the same. I want my money back. I want interest @ 24% beginning 01/July/2013 to be charged to the Institute for Rs 50,000.
