I invested in a small studio apartment with a builder in September 2009. The project name is: ARN Infrastructures India Ltd – Globus Residency Project Greater NOIDA, 9, Birla House, Arya Samaj Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi ARN has a Project Globus Business Park at Plot No.:10, Tech Zone, Yamuna Expressway and two years back they sold shops in Gallaria mall and residential units in residency for this plot No. 10 But, from last two years they are having money coming in from people but are not making property. When people inquired about this, they found out there is another company name cosmic group project name COSMIC CORPORATE PARK is being built. ARN is making a fool of their existing customers and is trying to “sell” this project by another name or another company. How they can sell one property two times? If you see the cosmic group website, (www.cosmicindia.in) they are showing the same pictures which were used by Globus Business Park and their retail layout for shops are same shown in Gallaria mall shops by arn group. This builder never sent any letters or informed the investors officially about the cancelation of the project. They never told anyone what was the reason of cancelation.

As an investor we have right to know the reason of cancelation. These people are having difficulty just refunding the money. Now they have promised to refund money with 12% interest. Some investors got the refund checks but those checks bounced back. This group has been split into various other branches. They are now running with the name of Earth, Imperia, Globus, Cosmic and AMR. They all are branches of the same root. They have divided their assets and liabilities. However, no one is ready to refund the customer’s money back.
