Sir I bough a vehicle insurance policy from TATA AIGin this year.My Policy number is: 0152291236 (15.01.13 to 14.01.2014) ,for my swift car bearing registration number :CH01AM0830.My car met with an accident and i am staying in bathinda. I conveyed the same and lodged the claim on customer care number OF TATA AIG.They told me you have to visit Chandigarh/Jallandhur for repair as they dont have any tie up here in bathinda. After that i went to chandigarh after taking off from my job for 2 days,and visited the auto pace,the maruti dealership in chandigarh on 28.01.12 . Maruti Dealer repaired my car in 2 days .Today more than 11 days have passes,and i am continously calling TATA AIG CHANDIGARH-officers-MR.Manish,Mr Ajay on number 0172-4685110 for settlement of my claims and they are befooling me and saying :”hamne mail kar de ha ,jb CP confirm hoga aur mail aaege bombay se tb car ka DO denge”.When i said i will lodge a complaint”jo karna ha kar loo jakar” and they bang down my phone. This is the serious case of Harassment ,I have not seen such worst services ever in my life KINDLY HELP ME,ELSE I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION RATHER THAN GOING TO CONSUMER COURT. AANCHAL SETHI.
