He had taken policy from your company by Agent name Shantaram V Chawan and his policy no is 777228289 on Dated 29/03/2010 and it was issued on 31/03/2010.My son dint got the Policy Pack and because of this reason he had not paid the premium. My son was the Wedge earner of our family.His Wife & Two son and we was totally depending on him but now he is Expire. After my son death Miss Latika came with the Policy Pack because It was mistake from your company side.
So we are requesting you to please claim the Policy, so that we can Feed our Family and can build his 2 sons future.
