Dear Sir,

I have purchased Videocon 5.1 DVD in May-09, as below details,
Model (VAD 11) , 850 serial No. 180409140100905927.
It was not working since Sept.-09, as there is one year warranty so, we had complain to our dealer Rajdeep Electronics – Mundra (Kutchh) , and he suggested to call customer care of VIDEOCON and we had called dated 06/09/09 to customer care also and complain number is : RAJ0609090035.
Since 06/09/09 till today my problem has not solved and daily they are commitment for one or two days, because of this typed commitment we can’t schedule other work also, daily we are waiting for videocon’s person and westing our time.
pls. do needful about this thing asap.
