Not issuing NOC By HDFC Life Insurance

My name is Navneet Singh. i was taken IRDA license with the HDFC life(8019565) Thana kapurvadi branch on 09/03/2010. i had done 8 policies till september 2010 with the HDFC Life details are given below. No Policy No Client Name Status Premium Due Date 1 13954179 MR Ramashankar Ram Bala Inforce 30/09/2013 2 13902102 MR Sahabuddin Safafrudin Sheikh Lapsed 04/02/2011 3 13871729 MR Nazmuddin Khan Riyazuddin Khan Lapsed 25/02/2011 4 13777653 MR Ramendranath Gayatrishankar Pandey Lapsed 17/08/2011 5 13724506 MR Suvendukumar S Jena Lapsed 22/10/2010 6 13663964 MR Babloo Ram Kumar Singh Inforce 11/05/2013 7 13531809 MR Ramprasad Ramsunder Verma Inforce NA 8 13531788 MR Ramcharan Haitu Jaiswar Lapsed 11/03/2012 After September 2010 due to my some personal reason i was unable to continue the business and i was engaged with different organization. fromSeptember2010 to till date i was not in touch with HDFC Life and not received any call from HDFC Life. now i have to join AVIVA life insurance co. as a Manager but they asking for NOC from Hdfc life for my new assignment. i am trying from last more than one month to get NOC with HDFC life but they are not treating well. i have submitted all the required docs (Company exit sheet duly signed by Manager Mr. Anand Bhatia ,emp no-105119, company id card, license copy and Request letter for NOC) on 05.02.2013 then they told you will get NOC in 15 days but after continuously followup and after two weeks they told he require 8 policy details which i was login. i have given all the details on mail as well as hard copy of policy details on 22.02.2013 in HDFC life Vashi branch. then they told you will get NOC in 2-3 days but they don’t call and not given any feed back for the same when i asked for NOC to branch and they they told it is bee processed and is in under verification. from last one months i am running after HDFC life for NOC but not getting any proper response from there side. when i personally visit again to the branch for NOC and asked in AGENCY TERMINATION Department of HDFC life with Ms.Sapna Udpikar then she told your Five policy in out of 8 Policy details as per trail mail with remark, is pending for verification and asking for new contacts and address for the same customers and told without that they can not give NOC. my last login was with HDFC Life was September 2010.

i have also tried to call the customer and personally visited the address but they are not in touch with me and mailingis also been changed and i am unable to contact with the same customer. but she (Ms Sapna Udpikar) is clearly telling that she can not do any thing and as per IRDA rules she can not issue NOC without details. If i am not in touch with same customers from last 2 years and if they changed there number and address they this is not my fault. it means that i will Never get NOC in future and can not join any insurance company. this is totally big harassment of me by HDFC life and really i feeling that i have done any crime to take Agency with HDFC life. This is matter of my future and carrier and if any thing happen to me because of that then for that HDFC Life will be fully responsible for that. After feeling helpless and tired with HDFC life, i am writing this mail to you and request to you please look into this and do the needful on urgent basis. hoping you immediate interruption in this matter.
