I had paln to take a policy from kotak mahindra, plan named KOTAK SMART ADVANTAGE PLAN, having premium of Rs. 12000/-. i m interested in this plan and receiving the status and description of the same policy before enrolled it. the receipt of the premium shows the plan KOTAK SMART ADVANTAGE, but the policy that i was recieved with some other plan. when i called up to the division officer , he said due to mistake it happens so you are requested to send me back at office, so that we makes a process to issue with original name. five months are past away, but since i didn’t recieve the policy. and when i talked to branch at mohalli, he denied to receive to any policy.
please help us. what can i do
