Kindly refer to the telephonic discussion had with your customer care representative on 24th oct 2011 and I was informed that as I had participated in your Samsung Smart Utsav 2011, I have won on the draw dated 23/10/2011. I was advised the following:-

2=To provide scan copy of purchase invoice and passport photo

As advised by this message I checked up the same and was elated to find that I was a declared winner of Rs.25000/- gift.

On the 24th Oct 2011 it self, I received a call from your office and was intimated about my winning this gift. I was asked about the particulars of the purchase against which I participated in the competition.I had categorically given the details of the purchase which was a LED 26 inches TV and the date of purchase and the name of the dealer was clearly indicated by me. Inspite of my mentioning that the product was procured on 21.11.2011 I was reassured about my winning the gift. Accordingly I had scanned the copy of the cash memo of purchase and passport size photo to your department on 24.10.2011.

Within a few days I received a call from Samsung ,Kolkata intimating about my winning this gift and an official from their office called on me at my residence who inspected my cash memo and the purchased item(LED TV 24inches) verified the serial number on 04.11.2011 and got the requisit form signed with the assurance that the gift (voucher) would be issued shortly.

In the mean while I had rung up your office and was assured that the gift voucher would be sent to me .

But till date I have not received any further response from your side. Its really disappointed that being a company of such repute the delay without intmation is unacceptable. Your customer care cannot provide any futher assistance on the same.
