I had taken 3 health insurance policies from TATA AIG. The policies were taken over the phone and i had also given my credit card details to them. They advised me that they have charged me for three policies.

I have recieved my 3 policy documents and they are all correct but when i recieved my credit card statement it showed that TATA AIG has charged me for 4 policies. I contacted the insurance company and complained about this. They asked me to fax my card statement to them and they will do the needful. I did what they advised but sir nothing has worked out till now. I had taken the policy in the month of May 2009. When ever i call TATA AIG and ask them wats happening they tell me sir give us 2 days and we will call u back. When i ask them to get my call connected to a supervisor they tell me no supervisor available and someone will call me back which never happens.
