I have bought my a87 micromax ninja 4.0 black(imei 911234850275069) on sep 14 2012 and on 28 of jan my mobile is completely not working i submitted my mobile in POOJYA ENTERPRISES UG-2, RADHAKRISHNA COMPLEX, ZONE-II , MP NAGAR, NEAR RAJHANS HOTEL – 462011 Mobile No. :9425675176 Phone No. :0755-4226754 Email : slrpoojya_bhopal@mmxcheckpoint.com after submitting my mobile they told me that after 7 days your phone will be repaired after 7 days they again say wait 1 week i raise my complaint to micromax head center they told for wait me again for 7 days and my complaint number of micromax is 1102135914 i call there week after week but no response they talk very rude way not talk like an professional,i am saying that if you are not able to service my mobile than give me another new handset they told this is not our policy now its 11 march 2013 they again told me wait for 15 days they are not respond me after i say that i go to consumer court they sir if you are able go there what is that sir please help me sir i have never seen such a nonsence service in my life whats is that my job sheet number is SALMP007R1610 complaint number 1102135914
